Role Overview

We are in search of a proficient and empathetic Ultrasound Technologist to integrate into our expanding team of imaging experts committed to delivering outstanding patient care. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct a variety of ultrasound exams, including but not limited to abdominal, obstetric, gynecological, vascular, and small part imaging
• Prioritize patient comfort and safety during all procedures, clearly explaining each phase with kindness
• Work closely with radiologists and referring doctors to yield high-quality diagnostic images
• Handle and maintain imaging equipment, reporting any malfunctions immediately
• Keep thorough documentation of procedures and maintain patient records within the electronic medical system
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in ultrasound imaging methodologies and protocols

Education and Certification Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a related area
• Completion of a program accredited by CAAHEP in Sonography is preferred

Necessary Certifications

• Valid certification from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or equivalent
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is preferred

Skills Required

• Strong technical skills in sonographic imaging techniques and patient positioning
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
