Job Description
The Call Center Sales Representative plays a key role in engaging with customers through outbound and inbound calls, focusing on lead qualification and appointment setting while ensuring customer satisfaction. Working within a small team of 1-5 members, this position utilizes sales tools such as MarketSharp and SalesLeap to manage customer interactions efficiently and support database management.
Responsibilities
Make outbound calls and answer inbound calls to engage customers
Qualify leads and make appointments to drive sales opportunities
Maintain and update customer databases accurately
Handle customer complaints to ensure satisfaction and retention
Utilize MarketSharp and SalesLeap CRM software for customer relationship management

Preferred Qualifications
1+ years of experience in sales
High School Diploma or equivalent
Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
Strong sales techniques and communication skills
Active listening and effective time management
Problem-solving and persuasion abilities
Accuracy in data entry and teamwork skills
