Senior Cost Accounting Manager
Salary: $100,000 - $135,000 + 10% bonus
Location: Fort Lauderdale, 33309

Key Responsibilities for the Senior Cost Accounting Manager:

Lead cost accounting and inventory processes to ensure accurate financial reporting
Manage and develop a small team (cost analyst and staff accountant)
Analyze manufacturing performance, including labor and operational efficiencies
Partner cross-functionally with operations, engineering, and supply chain teams
Drive forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow analysis initiatives
Identify and implement process improvements across cost and operational workflows

Qualifications for the Senior Cost Accounting Manager:

5+ years of cost accounting experience in a manufacturing environment
At least 2 years of direct team leadership experience
Strong ERP experience (SAP or similar systems required)
Comfortable operating in a hands-on role with direct involvement in day-to-day accounting
