DescriptionKforce's client, a privately held, New Jersey based health care/tech company with plans to go public in the near future is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO).Summary:The Chief Financial Officer will report to the President and become part of an elite senior executive team. Duties include managing future SEC filings, Investor Relations, SOX, M&A, Treasury functions and more. The CFO will be a strategic business advisor to the CEO, President, and executive leadership team. Will also be primary support for the Board of Directors including the Audit and Compensation Committees. This is a unique opportunity to join a growing company during a very exciting growth phase. Compensation plan includes generous base salary, performance bonus and significant (life-changing) equity potential.
