About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their elite senior executive team. The CFO will be responsible for a wide range of duties, including managing future SEC filings, investor relations, SOX, M&A, and treasury functions. This role is pivotal in providing strategic business advice to the CEO, President, and executive leadership team, as well as being the primary support for the Board of Directors. The ideal candidate will have a CPA, at least 15 years' of overall experience, and recent experience as a CFO of a publicly traded company with significant revenues. While not mandatory, previous experience in the health care or tech industry is considered a plus. The CFO is also expected to have a proven track record in leading and developing a high-performing finance organization, particularly in a high-growth environment.
