About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their Executive Leadership Team. The CFO will be a strategic partner, providing financial guidance to ensure the organization's health, growth, and risk management. This role is pivotal in overseeing all fiscal, administrative, human resources, and compliance functions, with a focus on multi-site operations. Key responsibilities include developing long-term financial models, evaluating the financial feasibility of new initiatives, and managing complex agreements that are essential for the organization's revenue. The CFO will also be responsible for full fiscal oversight, including budgeting, audit leadership, and serving as the primary liaison for external auditors and regulatory filings. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years' progressive financial leadership experience, a Bachelor's degree in a related field (CPA or MBA preferred), and a proven track record in managing federal, state, and other restricted grants. Experience in HR administration, benefits management, and commercial insurance is also required. The CFO should be a versatile leader, capable of strategic thinking and detail-oriented work, with a collaborative and transparent leadership style. Responsibilities will also include supervising and mentoring staff, maintaining internal controls, and ensuring compliance with financial policies.
