Our team values safety, teamwork, and attention to detail while delivering high-quality products to customers.Elwood Staffing associates are eligible for a comprehensive and competitive benefits package plus an exclusive savings program, including:Medical/Vision/Dental/Rx plansHoliday PayTeladoc (online care)Referral Bonus IncentiveWeekly Pay401kAnd More!Shipping Coordinator Details:Temp-to-Hire position$ 22.00 / hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 09:30am to 05:30pm)Prepare shipping documents, including packing lists, commercial invoices, and Certificates of Compliance.Coordinate carrier pickups and monitor inbound and outbound shipments for timely delivery.Ensure shipments are properly packed, documented, tracked, and processed accurately.Communicate with Shipping, Customer Service, Accounting, and carriers to resolve shipment issues.Maintain organized records and a clean, safe shipping area.Shipping Coordinator Qualifications:Previous experience in shipping, logistics, warehouse operations, or a related administrative role preferred.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines.Ability to prepare and maintain accurate shipping documentation and tracking information.Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate effectively with carriers, customers, and internal departments.Ability to follow safety procedures and work in a fast-paced shipping/warehouse environment.Applicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
