Job Overview Senior Homepage and Social Media Editor for Fox News Digital. The role shapes how audiences engage on the FOX News and FOX Business websites, apps, and social media platforms. Responsibilities include steering story placement, headline production, photo editing, and social media content creation to drive engagement with FOX’s journalistic priorities. Responsibilities Lead a team of homepage and social media editors on a shift basis. Use news judgment and metrics to curate the FOX News and FOX Business homepages, apps, and social media accounts. Oversee headline writing, image selection, photo illustration, montage production, and livestream deployment. Work closely with management to set daily editorial direction across platforms. Collaborate with editors, reporters, and cross‑departmental teams. Leverage artificial intelligence tools to work better, faster, and smarter. Work on special projects and contribute to overall strategic discussions. Qualifications Newsroom experience with managerial experience. Familiarity with the FOX brand and desire to help FOX dominate the news. Experience writing and editing on deadline for a major news website. Deep knowledge of social media, including Facebook, X, Instagram, and TikTok. Photo editing experience preferred; video editing experience a plus. Strong organizational and time‑management skills; exceptional attention to detail. Additional Requirements Must be flexible to work weekends and holidays as needed. Compensation & Benefits Pay range: $102,000 to $120,000 annually, based on education, skills, experience, and location.
