Payroll Administrator

Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Administrator for a contract opportunity in the Beachwood/Highland Hills, OH area. This role supports payroll, billing, customer account updates, and administrative documentation in a professional office environment. The Payroll Administrator will be a key part of a service-focused team, helping ensure payroll and billing information is processed accurately and on time. This is a great opportunity for someone with payroll, accounting, or office administration experience who enjoys structured work, clear processes, and collaborating with supportive team members. Key Responsibilities Process payroll and billing information accurately and within required timelines. Enter, update, and maintain customer account data in internal systems. Respond to customer inquiries professionally and provide timely support. Process billing adjustments, payment reports, and related account updates. Maintain accurate records, documentation, and administrative files. Support daily office operations related to payroll, billing, and account administration. Compensation and Benefits Pay: $20 to $21 per hour. Location: Highland Hills, OH Duration: 6-month contract with possible extensions. Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
