We're seeking an experienced Medical Technologist to join a leading hospital laboratory in Port Charlotte, Florida . If you have hospital lab experience and an active Florida license, we'd love to connect!

Position Highlights

• Location: Port Charlotte, FL
• Full-Time | Night Shift
• Rotating Weekends
• Pay: $27.09–$37.92/hour (based on experience)

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate routine and STAT laboratory testing
• Analyze and interpret patient specimens
• Work in Blood Bank, Chemistry, Hematology, Microbiology, and other lab areas
• Maintain quality control and documentation
• Ensure timely reporting of patient results
• Support laboratory operations and regulatory compliance

Requirements

• Associate's Degree in Medical Technology (Bachelor's preferred)
• Active Florida Medical Technologist License
• Minimum 1 year of hospital Medical Technologist experience
• Generalist experience preferred
• Experience in one or more laboratory specialties:

  • Hematology
  • Microbiology
  • Serology
