This posting is scheduled to expire on 9/1/2026 if the position has not been filled prior to that date. Responsibilities Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Assists marketing and business development staff with administrative and deadline-oriented proposal duties, while working in a team environment. Assists with production of company proposals, including typing and minor proofreading/editing. Performs database maintenance, coordination of company mailings, and some graphics support. Assists office administrative staff with miscellaneous tasks. Qualifications Excellent organizational skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat. Knowledge of basic marketing concepts. Ability to multi-task and exercise good judgment. Detail-oriented and professional. High School Diploma 0-3 years of administrative support and/or marketing experience. Preferred Qualifications Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, English, Communications, Design, Visual Arts, or related field. Adobe Creative Suite experience preferred. Conference and event planning experience preferred. Compensation Range $25 to $28 per hour. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs .
