About this opportunity
This entry-level role focuses on memorable, high-touch guest interactions across hotels, resorts, attractions, venues, or entertainment properties.
On-site expectation
This is an on-site hospitality role with regular face-to-face interaction with guests, visitors, clients, attendees, members, or coworkers. It is not a remote position.
Core responsibilities
· Create warm, personalized face-to-face guest interactions
· Answer questions and help guests navigate the experience
· Recognize service opportunities and assist with issue resolution
· Gather feedback and communicate recurring needs to the team
Hospitality mindset
A strong fit is personable, dependable, composed in busy environments, comfortable starting conversations, attentive to details, and motivated to create a positive guest experience. Prior hospitality experience can be helpful, but many employers provide training for entry-level hires.
