Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Valid California Speech-Language Pathology license (CA SLP Licensure)
• Active California Commission on Teacher Credentialing (CA CTC) authorization
• Prior experience in pediatric or school-based settings highly valued
• Open to candidates with SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Commitment to fostering inclusive and growth-focused learning spaces

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for elementary students
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with IEP goals
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Provide direct and consultative services for students with diverse needs
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with regulatory standards
• Support students’ social and academic development through evidence-based interventions
