Key Qualifications:

• Valid California SLP licensure and CA CTC required
• Clinical Certificate of Competency (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged
• Experience in school-based, pediatric, or healthcare SLP settings
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with children, families, and staff
• Passion for working with elementary-aged students

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide speech-language services to elementary students as outlined in IEPs
• Conduct assessments, write evaluation reports, and recommend interventions
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to promote best outcomes
• Deliver direct and indirect therapy, monitor progress, and maintain documentation
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
• Offer expertise for improved classroom communication strategies
