Behavioral Interventionist

We are hiring a Behavior Interventionalist and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver in-home and community-based ABA services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental disabilities. Key responsibilities include assisting children with social and communication skills, documenting progress, and implementing behavior change plans created by BCBA-certified professionals. Qualifications require a passion for working with children with special needs, strong communication skills, a high school diploma or equivalent, and reliable transportation. Candidates should have completed college coursework in psychology, education, social work, behavioral science, human development, or possess at least one year of relevant experience such as child development, camp counseling, paraprofessional roles, or behavioral intervention.
