• Types of Cases: OB/GYN, 1-3 deliveries per shift
• Credentialing: 15-20 days

Minimum Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible OB/GYN
• Certifications: DEA
• Licensure: Active Arizona license required or IMLC with LOQ in hand
