Manufacturing Support Specialist

Pay Rate Low: 25 | Pay Rate High: 31
Our client is seeking a Manufacturing Support Specialist to support manufacturing operations, quality systems, and GMP compliance in a fast-paced, regulated environment. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Engineering teams while contributing to operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.


Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to the Manufacturing department.
• Draft, revise, and maintain GMP documentation, including SOPs, batch records, and training materials.
• Support training coordination, onboarding activities, and competency tracking.
• Assist with quality system processes, including CAPAs, deviations, investigations, and change controls.
• Participate in audits, compliance activities, and continuous improvement projects.
• Provide hands-on manufacturing and cleanroom support as needed.

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a scientific, technical, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment.
• Experience in Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Process Engineering, MSAT, or Technical Services preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, technical writing, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across departments.
• Knowledge of GMP regulations required; biologics or pharmaceutical experience preferred.
