This is a full-time, direct-hire position where you ride in the passenger seat of an EV using Full Self-Driving technology while monitoring the vehicle and helping ensure passenger safety.
Main responsibilities
- Monitor the FSD system while passengers are in the vehicle.
- Take control of the vehicle if the system needs human intervention.
- Maintain a safe, professional, and friendly passenger experience.
- Document incidents and provide reports.
- Stay attentive while spending roughly 8 hours per shift in the vehicle.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Valid Texas driver's license
- Clean driving record
- English-speaking
- Safety-conscious and comfortable interacting with passengers
- Must pass a background check and 10-panel drug test, including THC
BASE: $22.40/hr (with 10% - 15% differential pay)
Hours: SWING
- Night B: 4pm - 12:30am, base + 10% differential
- Night C: 5:30pm - 2:00am, base + 10% differential
Schedules:
- Friday - Tuesday
- Wednesday- Sunday
- Thursday-Monday
Schedules over the weekend will receive 15% differential pay on Friday/Saturday/Sunday.
