Facade Engineer

A reputable construction company in Washington is seeking a skilled Facade Engineer to join our team As a Facade Engineer you will be responsible for designing developing and managing the construction of building facades You will work closely with architects contractors and other engineers to ensure the structural integrity and aesthetic appeal of the facade Responsibilities Design and develop building facades according to architectural plans structural requirements and safety standards Conduct site visits to assess building conditions understand project requirements and provide technical support Develop detailed construction drawings specifications and cost estimates Collaborate with architects contractors and other engineers to ensure all design elements are integrated smoothly into the overall building structure Oversee the fabrication and installation process of building facades Monitor project progress to ensure compliance with design specifications safety standards and budget constraints Provide technical advice and support to resolve any issues that arise during construction Keep up-to-date with industry trends advancements in materials and techniques related to facade engineering Requirements Bachelors degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or related field Minimum of 3 years experience in facade engineering or a related field Strong knowledge of CAD software for drafting and design purposes Familiarity with relevant building codes regulations and safety standards Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously Salary $1400 per month negotiable based on experience Location Washington open to all nationalities Benefits Accommodation provided by the company Free visa sponsorship Airfare ticket provided for relocation #J-18808-Ljbffr SpeedLine Logistics UAE
