Family Law Paralegal (REMOTE) $85000 - $110000 per year | Naperville, IL | Remote | Permanent 100% REMOTE opportunity (must live in the Chicago or surrounding areas) A bit about us: We are working with a well-established, successful family law firm with a prescence throughout Illinois that is seeking an experienced Family Law Paralegal to join the team! Location: REMOTE (must be able to occasionally travel into Chicago for trial prep if needed) Salary Range: $85k-$110k/year based on experience Why join us? Fully remote, technology-forward workplace! Job Details We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Family Law Paralegal to support attorneys with a variety of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, child support, and related proceedings. Responsibilities: Assist attorneys with case preparation and day-to-day case management Prepare and organize legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence Conduct legal research and gather relevant case information Manage and organize client files and case records Assist with discovery, document production, and trial preparation Communicate professionally with clients, attorneys, courts, and opposing counsel Qualifications: 5+ years of experience as a family law paralegal Must live within a reasonable distance to Chicago as the paralegal will have to travel in to the office occasionally for trial prep Must have litigation experience Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
