Base pay range $70,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr Key Responsibilities Conduct legal research on various family law matters, including divorce, child custody, adoption, and domestic violence. Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, petitions, and agreements. Assist attorneys in case preparation, including organizing evidence, scheduling hearings, and communicating with clients. Maintain client confidentiality and uphold the highest ethical standards. Collaborate with attorneys and other legal professionals to ensure the successful resolution of cases. Qualifications Paralegal certificate or degree from an ABA‑approved program. Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a family law paralegal. Proficiency in legal research, document drafting, and case management software. Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues. Strong attention to detail and organization skills. Benefits and Salary The annual salary for this position is between $70,000 – $100,000 annually.
