Schedule: Monday–Friday with rotating Saturdays

Shifts: 8:30 AM–5:30 PM or 10:00 AM–7:00 PM

Work Arrangement: Fully onsite

Position Overview

We are seeking a bilingual Client Services Advisor fluent in either French or Spanish to join a luxury brand's client services team. This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service skills, excellent communication, and a passion for delivering an exceptional client experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized customer support and resolve inquiries across multiple channels.
• Manage customer orders, shipping, returns, cancellations, and delivery updates.
• Assist with repair inquiries, quotes, and after-sales service requests.
• Collaborate with warehouse, retail, and internal teams to resolve client issues.
• Track orders, process transactions, and maintain accurate records.
• Identify recurring customer concerns and help improve service processes.
• Handle escalated situations professionally while maintaining a positive client experience.

Qualifications

• Fluency in French or Spanish and English, both written and verbal.
• At least two years of experience in customer service, luxury retail, clienteling, or e-commerce.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems and applications.
• Experience with CRM platforms, Salesforce, or order management systems is a plus. xhyhwjd
• Ability to work rotating Saturdays as needed.

This is a fully onsite opportunity in Long Island City offering $26–$28/hr, with Monday–Friday scheduling, rotating Saturdays, and two possible shifts: 8:30 AM–5:30 PM or 10:00 AM–7:00 PM.
