Healthcare Client Provider Customer Information

• The Customer has four (4) circuits and 35 ADV F 999 accounts.
• When the Customer adds new toll-free lines:
  • Adds a term for each of the circuits (four [4] in all).
  • Puts the terms in either:
    • TRNT tables, or
    • Standalone plans with Call Allocator (25% each).
• The Customer updates SDOP frequently, referring to SDOP as "route point."
• The Customer uses TDM PACR; therefore, orders need to include the profile when adding terms.
• The Customer's day-to-day work:
  • Is at a high volume because:
    • Business submits a Work Intake to the Route-IT team queue.
    • They add toll-free lines, change SDOP, change plans, etc.
  • Can be complicated because:
    • Business might send in a list of toll-free lines.
    • These lines are across multiple ADV F accounts.
    • The work must be duplicated in each of the ADV F accounts.

Major Projects' Information

1. Setup of 17,000 Toll-Free Lines for Medicaid and Retirement Open Enrollment

• Main project.
• Scheduled to begin Tuesday, September 1, 2026.
• Candidate will perform one of these two:
  • Add a branch to each existing plan, or
  • Create new plans with an allocator branch to a disaster recovery plan.
• Additional information:
  • Some debate on whether each of the 17,000 lines will have its own plan.
  • AT&T Consulting Customer's Route-IT team is currently working to get business users to batch these.
  • AT&T Consulting faces limitations on the number of plans in an ADV F account (1,000 in all).
• Sub-project to accommodate main project:
  • Candidate will:
    • Examine existing plans.
    • Eliminate manually (without batching) unnecessary schedule sets and routing plans.

2. AVPN Installation

• Customer is installing a new larger AVPN to connect to TAO for (Client).
• Provisioning work is involved.
• Intent is to change the current terms planned for (Client) from existing connections to the new connections.
• This will involve one of the following:
  • Changing route points (i.e., modifying SDOP orders), or
  • Creating new terms for the links.
• Such work can be performed via spreadsheet upload.
• Creation of new terms likely to need updates or new routing plan.

3. Client Branch

• Customer will include (Client) for call center answer support (i.e., chatbots).
• Customer will create a new branch with a route point specific for (Client).
• Though in small numbers currently, eventually all the customer's toll-free lines more than 20,000 will have a (Client) branch as an option.

4. INFOPAC

• Customer currently has approximately 11,000 toll-free lines that have INFOPACK enabled (with possibly up to 16,000 toll-free that will have INFOPACK enabled).
• This can be done by MODIFY term orders using spreadsheets, but volume is high.
• If there are 11,000 toll-free lines:
  • There are 44,000 terms (one each of four circuits).
  • Spreadsheets can be uploaded for MODIFY, but only 300 lines per sheet.
