Fabrication Operations ManagerLocation: Bethlehem, PAJob Type: Full-Time, Direct HireSalary: $80,000–$100,000 per yearAbout the OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced Fabrication Operations Manager to lead sheet metal fabrication, welding, and finishing operations in a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for overseeing daily production, developing employees, maintaining quality and safety standards, and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs.The ideal candidate has a strong background in sheet metal fabrication and manufacturing, along with proven leadership experience.
