We are seeking a dedicated Pot Nets Landscape Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the Pot Nets communities remain picturesque and inviting for residents. Hours : Monday to Thursday, 6:30 am to 5 pm, Fridays as needed
Responsibilities
- Maintain the grounds of Pot-Nets Community in a productive and safe manner.
- Perform tasks such as planting, trimming, spraying, weeding, mulching, pruning, fertilizing, watering, trash removal, snow and ice removal, and fence repairs.
- Keep job and stock inventory records and complete work detail reports daily.
- Identify and be familiar with plants typically found in the communities.
- Operate landscape maintenance equipment including loaders, Bobcats, tractors, edgers, and small outdoor power equipment.
- Ensure all duties are performed safely and professionally in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Other job duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of landscape maintenance required.
- Familiarity with plants, pests, and diseases.
- Ability to respond to instruction and acquire skills quickly through on-the-job training.
- Capability to perform heavy manual work for extended periods in all weather conditions.
- Ability to carry 50 pounds for a distance of 50 feet.
- Understanding and following oral and written instructions in English.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and passing a pre-employment drug screening.
