Job Summary DSI is hiring for Healthcare Security Officers in St. Petersburg, FL ! - Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and employees by performing general security duties.
- Promote safety by being alert to observe, correct, and report any hazards.
- Understand and comply with DSI and client requirements, including specific post instructions.
- Participate in training and become familiar with general safety procedures and DSI's safety manual.
- Interact professionally with clients, visitors, employees, and the public.
- Perform routine foot patrols and moderate lifting as required.
- Work effectively in all weather conditions.
- Customer service oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
- Basic to intermediate computer skills.
- Effective written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to perform routine foot patrols and moderate lifting.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license.
- Military or law enforcement background, or a minimum of 5 years verifiable security experience.
- Reliable means of transportation and communication.
- Must pass all required background and drug screenings.
- Valid State Driver's License
