Provides corporate human resources services including: talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation administration and health and welfare benefits administration including leave programs, records management, employee relations and retention, compliance, and completing personnel transactions. Act as local HR support for the facility. Responsible for the recruitment and retention of your facility. Supports human resources solutions by collecting and analyzing information; recommending courses of action. Maintain HRIS records and compile reports from database. Responsible for maintaining the integrity of the I-9 verification process. Recommend innovative approaches, policies, and procedures to promote continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed. Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential. Complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; anticipating legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions. Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
