We are looking for a Creator Success Manager who is passionate about the creator economy and helping creators grow their income. You will be the primary point of contact for creators on the KeyMik platform onboarding them, matching them with brand opportunities, and ensuring they deliver exceptional campaign results.

What You Will Do

• Onboard new creators to the KeyMik platform and ensure successful setup
• Match creators with relevant brand opportunities based on niche and audience
• Support creators through the deal negotiation and contracting process
• Review creator content for brand compliance before submission
• Track creator performance and provide optimization recommendations
• Build long-term relationships with top-performing creators
• Identify and recruit new creators to the platform

What We Are Looking For

• 2+ years experience in creator relations, talent management, or influencer marketing
• Deep understanding of the creator economy and major social platforms
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
• Experience working with contracts and legal agreements
• Ability to manage a large volume of creator relationships simultaneously
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
