Key Responsibilities of the RN - PACU - Post Anesthetic Care

• Provide post-anesthetic care to patients recovering from surgery
• Monitor patients' vital signs and overall condition
• Administer medications as prescribed
• Communicate effectively with the healthcare team regarding patient status
• Ensure patient comfort and safety during recovery

Requirements of the RN - PACU - Post Anesthetic Care

• Current RN license in Louisiana
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Previous experience in PACU or critical care
