Receptionist

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and dependable Receptionist to support daily operations at a new facility. As the first point of contact for visitors, employees, and new hires, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming and organized experience for everyone who enters the building.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career, looking to gain valuable office and administrative experience in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors, guests, employees, and new hires with professionalism and enthusiasm

• Manage front entrance access, including assisting individuals entering through main doors and accessible entrances

• Oversee visitor sign-in and sign-out procedures to maintain accurate records

• Distribute visitor badges and assist with name tag coordination for group visits

• Support guests and new hires who do not yet have building access badges

• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area

• Provide general administrative and facility support as needed

• Deliver outstanding customer service while serving as the face of the facility

Required Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Positive, outgoing, and customer-focused attitude

• High level of reliability, professionalism, and punctuality

• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced front desk environment

• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience

• Experience working in an office, corporate, or professional setting

• Familiarity with front desk operations and visitor management processes

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Bloomington, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
