Job Title Receptionist Job Description We are seeking a friendly, professional, and dependable Receptionist to support daily operations at their new facility. This individual will serve as the first point of contact for all visitors and employees, ensuring a welcoming and organized front desk experience. Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests, visitors, and new hires in a professional and friendly manner Manage front entrance access, including assisting with entry via main doors and ramp access Oversee visitor sign-in/sign-out processes to ensure accurate tracking Distribute pre-prepared badges and coordinate name tags for group visits Assist guests and new hires who do not yet have building badges Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk environment Support miscellaneous administrative or facility-related tasks as needed Skills Front desk, Microsoft office Top Skills Details Front desk Additional Skills & Qualifications Must-Have: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, positive, "bubbly" personality with a customer-service mindset, high level of reliability and professionalism, ability to multitask and stay organized in a front desk environment. Nice-to-Have: Previous receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience, experience working in an office or corporate setting.
