Staffing Assistant/Bed Controller

Job Summary: Provides support to the Manager of Resource Allocation and Patient Placement, Nurse Manager/Nursing Administrative Supervisors in the following roles: Staffing Coordinator facilitates staffing of clinical areas and documentation of the allocation of resources. Bed Controller facilitates patient throughput/bed assignments for admitted patients and inter-hospital transfers.

Hours: 7:00am-3:00pm
Job Essentials: Strong communication skills; able to multi-task; proactive; good problem solving; knowledge in advanced computer skills, Word, Excel, etc. A minimum of 1 year working experience in staffing and healthcare clerical preferred.
Education Requirements: High School Diploma or GED required.
Englewood Health job postings provide a minimum rate to comply with New Jersey Law. The rate of pay for each position will be determined based on a variety of factors including the candidate's relevant experience, qualifications, skills, etc. The minimum rate does not include bonuses/incentives, differential pay or other forms of compensation. In addition to the minimum rate, eligible employees may receive comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other wellness resources. Minimum rate: $18.00
