Foodservice Sales Manager – Houston & Gulf Coast Company: Antone’s Famous Po’ Boys Location: Houston, TX (Onsite with regional travel) Job Type: Full-Time Antone's Famous Po'Boys has been serving the Original Po'Boy since its introduction to Houston by Jalal Antone in 1962. For over 60 years, we have been a staple in Houston, with our products expanding into premium grocery stores, airports, and renowned foodservice venues across Texas. In addition to our retail growth, Antone’s operates quick‑service restaurant locations in Houston that continue to be beloved by generations of locals. Position Summary Antone’s is seeking a Foodservice Sales Manager to lead and grow our foodservice sales across the Houston and Gulf Coast region . This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and expanding our presence across key foodservice channels. The ideal candidate is a results‑driven sales professional with strong industry knowledge and the ability to execute strategic growth initiatives. Key Responsibilities Develop and expand foodservice sales within the Houston and Gulf Coast markets Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, operators, and key accounts Identify and pursue new business opportunities across restaurants, hospitality, and institutional accounts Execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets Collaborate with internal teams (operations, marketing, leadership) to support growth initiatives Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure long‑term partnerships Provide regular reporting on sales performance, pipeline activity, and market insights Qualifications Proven experience in sales and sales management , with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets Strong knowledge of foodservice operations and distribution channels Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships Experience in business planning and strategic sales execution Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a territory Ability to travel within the Houston and Gulf Coast region as needed Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred) Experience in Texas foodservice markets strongly preferred What We Offer Competitive base salary + performance‑based incentives Opportunity to grow with a well‑established and expanding Texas brand Collaborative and entrepreneurial work environment Exposure to retail, QSR, and foodservice channel growth #J-18808-Ljbffr Antone's Famous Po' Boys
