Our client is seeking a Procurement Program Manager to support supply planning, supplier management, and operational execution across a complex manufacturing environment. This individual contributor role will drive end-to-end supply and demand optimization while partnering with suppliers, planning teams, and outsourced manufacturing partners to ensure material availability and operational continuity. Responsibilities Manage supply and demand planning activities, inventory optimization, and supplier coordination. Partner with planning teams to align supply strategies with business demand. Coordinate with suppliers and outsourced manufacturing (ODM/contract manufacturing) partners to support production requirements. Monitor inventory levels, identify shortages, and drive recovery actions. Assess supply risks and implement mitigation plans. Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and commercial terms with suppliers. Drive supplier performance related to quality, delivery, lead times, and capacity. Develop reporting and tracking tools to ensure visibility and accountability. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance supply chain performance. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, or a related field. 5+ years of procurement, supply chain, sourcing, or operations experience in a manufacturing environment. Experience supporting ODM, contract manufacturing, or outsourced production models. Strong knowledge of procurement, inventory management, demand planning, and supplier management. Proven supplier negotiation and relationship management experience. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office proficiency. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Experience supporting OEM, ODM, or global manufacturing operations. Background in inventory optimization, supplier capacity management, and supply continuity planning. Experience with ERP, planning, or procurement systems.
