We are looking for a sales professional who thrives on competition, loves helping customers protect what matters most, and wants to be rewarded for exceptional performance.What you'll do:Quote and sell Auto, Home, Life, Health, and Financial Services products.Follow up on internet leads, referrals, and existing customer opportunities.Develop your own referral pipeline and prospecting strategies.Conduct phone and virtual appointments with prospective customers.Cross-sell existing customers to maximize household penetration.Maintain detailed records within our CRM system.Consistently achieve and exceed monthly production goals.Compensation:Base pay (based on experience):Entry-level licensed producers: $20-$22/hourExperienced insurance producers (2+ years): $23-$24/hourElite/top-producing insurance professionals: $25-$27+/hourPlus uncapped commissions and bonuses.
