ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 1986 after beginning my State Farm career in health claims. With my dad also having been a State Farm agent, I had the opportunity to see the impact of agency ownership firsthand and knew I wanted to build an agency of my own.

Staying connected to our community is important to us, and our agency participates in local events and outreach opportunities throughout the year - typically every other month.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Julie Schuld - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

Our ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to contributing to a positive and productive workplace. If you thrive in a supportive role and are eager to learn and grow within the insurance industry, we invite you to apply and become a valued member of our team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
  • Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
  • Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
  • Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred.
