An established primary care practice in Pueblo, CO is seeking a Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible Internal Medicine Physician to join a collaborative, team-based environment. This opportunity offers strong specialty support and access to a large regional physician network.

• 36 patient-facing hours per week
\n • Collaborative care-team model with strong MA support
\n • Ability to empanel patients quickly
\n • Work alongside nearly 1,900 physicians across the system
\n • Regional phone-only call with minimal weekend coverage
\n • Supportive, collegial environment

• Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible in Internal Medicine – REQUIRED (must complete residency)
\n • Colorado License (or willing to obtain) – REQUIRED
\n • DEA (must obtain prior to start) – REQUIRED
\n • Most recent NPDB Self-Query (within 30 days) – REQUIRED
\n • Clean malpractice – Highly Preferred
\n • Visa Candidates – NOT ACCEPTED
\n • Not open to Locum or Locum-to-Perm candidates
\n • Must confirm candidate has not applied directly

• Base Salary: $287,000 – $319,000 annually
\n • Quality/Productivity Bonus potential
\n • Relocation package (if eligible)
\n • Paid malpractice coverage
\n • Generous CME allowance
