After School Teacher , you will be at the heart of this vision—fostering creativity, exploration, and growth through fun and engaging learning experiences.

• Implement and deliver the provided curriculum to prepare children for kindergarten
• Provide attentive care during meal times, potty training, diapering, and nap time
• Maintain consistent and effective communication with families and team members via our Classroom Management System
• Support and contribute to a safe, clean, and nurturing classroom environment
• Teacher will provide oversight of junior team members, ensuring quality classroom management and developmentally appropriate practices
• Assist the Assistant Director and Director with classroom and facility operations as needed
• Execute and navigate safe, efficient daily routes while adhering to scheduled timelines.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly environment on the bus.
• Support the overall well-being and physical safety of all student passengers during transit.
• Partner with parents and guardians through courteous, consistent communication.
• Ensure strict compliance with state transportation laws and district safety regulations.
• Collaborate with dispatchers, school administration, and staff to deliver excellence in student care and transportation.

• Must be 18 years old.
• Must have High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience working with young children in an educational or childcare setting (preferred)
• Valid Drivers License
