Global HR Compliance Manager - Hybrid & Flexible
Fanatics Inc.
Fanatics Inc. is seeking a proactive HR Compliance Manager to ensure fair, consistent, and legal people practices across the organization. You will drive compliance with federal, state, local, and international employment laws while balancing risk management with a positive employee experience. In this role you will lead the background check program, I-9 processes, and work closely with HR, Legal, and Talent Acquisition to apply standards throughout the employee lifecycle; you will also help #J-18808-Ljbffr Fanatics Inc.
