We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Associate to join our Kitchen Department in Minooka, IL. In this role, you will help ensure food products meet quality and safety standards by conducting inspections, monitoring production processes, and maintaining accurate documentation.

Location: Minooka, IL

Pay: $17.00/hour

Shift: 1st Shift, AM shift

• Inspect products to ensure they meet quality and food safety standards.
• Monitor production processes and report any quality concerns.
• Perform routine quality checks and document findings.
• Verify product specifications, labeling, and packaging.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), food safety, and sanitation procedures.
• Assist with investigations and corrective actions for quality issues.
• Maintain accurate quality records and documentation.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous quality assurance or food manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations, GMPs, and HACCP is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to complete documentation accurately.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to work in a refrigerated food production environment as needed.
