Kitchen Quality Control Supervisor
Pay: $52,000.00 per year
Job description:

We’re looking for a Kitchen Quality Assurance Supervisor to oversee food manufacturing operations for ready-to-eat products. This is an exciting opportunity to play a crucial role in maintaining top-tier quality and food safety standards while leading a dedicated team in a warehouse cooler environment.
What You’ll Do
- Supervise the Kitchen QA team to ensure compliance with GMPs, HACCP, Allergen Control, and Food Safety Programs
- Train and mentor team members on kitchen policies and quality procedures
- Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met throughout the kitchen
- Maintain regulatory compliance and serve as the point of contact for inspections
- Conduct internal audits and ensure the facility is audit-ready at all times
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to food quality
What We’re Looking For
- 1-3 years of experience in Food Quality Assurance
- HACCP Certification (SQF Practitioner, PCQI, and Food Defense Certification preferred)
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and compliance standards
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and warehouse management systems (WMS)
