Duties:

* \n Complete resident care requirements by scheduling and assigning nursing staff \n * \n Establish a compassionate environment by providing support to residents & families \n * \n Provide information to residents & staff by answering questions and requests \n * \n Maintain a safe & clean working environment by implementing rules & regulations \n * \n Ensure resident confidence by monitoring confidential information processing \n * \n Manage documentation of resident care services \n * \n Promote a cooperative relationship among health care teams \n\n Requirements:

* \n Must hold valid Registered Nurse (RN) license \n * \n Minimum 3 years Long-Term Care experience required \n * \n Should be a strong and positive Team Director for all members of the staff \n * \n Familiar with EHR and Prescribing programs \n * \n Excellent communication skills \n * \n Basic computer skills
