Position Overview: Position: Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Health Nurse Assessor Specialty: UAS Assessment / Home Health Assignment Length: Long-Term Assignment Location: Lewis, New York Must have NYS Driver's license or NYS Id As a Registered Nurse with at least 2 years of home-based healthcare experience within the last 10 years, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive patient assessments, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and providing education and support to patients and their families.
