Pay Range: $19$23/hour
Shift: 8:00 am-4:30 pm

What Youll Do
Perform building and equipment maintenance, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry tasks
Complete work orders and preventative maintenance assignments promptly and professionally
Assist with seasonal projects, snow removal, and groundskeeping
Monitor safety systems, respond to emergencies, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
What Youll Bring
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous maintenance experience, ideally in healthcare or senior living
Knowledge of building systems and safe use of hand and power tools
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
