Job Summary:
The Cardiovascular Technologist (Cath Lab Nurse) position is located in Burlingame, California. This role involves providing specialized care for adult patients undergoing diagnostic and interventional procedures in the cardiac catheterization laboratory. Candidates are required to bring their licensure on the first day of assignment. The position offers the opportunity to work within a dynamic cardiac care team with a focus on advanced electrophysiology, structural heart, and interventional procedures.

Job Details:

• Location: Burlingame, California
• Specialty: Cardiac Catheterization Lab (CCL)
• Shift: 4 days per week, 10 hours per day (09:00-17:30, with variable start times from 07:30-10:00).
• Minimum Hours Per Week: 40 hours
• Certifications: BLS (American Heart Association), ACLS, CA RN Licensure (required at time of submission)
• Years of Experience: 3 years of experience as a Cath Lab RN required
• Experience: Proficiency in diagnostic cardiac catheterizations, percutaneous coronary interventions, electrophysiology procedures, structural heart interventions, and use of electronic health record systems such as Epic (preferred).
• Travel Requirements: Candidates must be willing to travel within 50 miles; local candidates accepted at a lower rate.
• Additional Requirements: Valid California RN licensure, work history verification for 7 years, ability to initiate lab work within 3-5 days of signing, and compliance with background policies including disclosures of any background hits or DUIs.
• Other Details: Weekend call required, and candidates must have previous charge experience. Candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced, interdisciplinary cardiac care environment with adult patient population.
