About the Position

Job Title: Cath Lab Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Cath Lab Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 10 Hours Experience: Minimum 3 years as a Cath Lab RN License: CA RN Licensure Certifications: BLS (AHA), ACLS Must-Have: - Proficiency in diagnostic cath lab, percutaneous coronary intervention, structural heart, and electrophysiology. - Weekend call required. Description: We are seeking a skilled Cath Lab Nurse. The ideal candidate will have experience in the diagnostic and interventional cardiac cath lab. Proficiency in procedures such as percutaneous coronary interventions, left heart catheterization, and electrophysiology is essential. Candidates must hold current BLS and ACLS certifications. Clinical responsibilities include performing diagnostic catheterizations and interventional procedures. Experience with activated clotting time (ACT) monitoring and pacemaker insertion is preferred. Candidates should demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This position requires participation in weekend call rotations. Maintaining high standards of patient care is a top priority. Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams is essential for optimal patient outcomes.
