QUALIFCATIONS:
• Bachelor Degree in Information Systems, Engineering or related field.

• A minimum of 2 to 4+ years' related work experience in business process analysis, systems development/management, IT project management, preferably gained in the pharmaceutical/biotechnology or related industry.

• Demonstrated expertise in business process analysis and system concepts, as well as a solid understanding of the overall software development lifecycle (SDLC) or Agile software development.

• Demonstrated proficiency in sales portion of SAP SD module or other ERP system.

• Knowledge of order to cash; order management, channel inventory, customer service and/or reverse logistics.

SKILLS:

• Must have at least 3 years of SAP order to cash experience and a solid understanding of SAP. Additional systems such as Sales Force Service Cloud, Value Track, EDI/B2B are a plus; working IT knowledge, not necessarily a programmer.

• Strong communication & presentation skills with demonstrated ability to communicate complex business and analytical findings to a variety of levels within the organization.

• Strong project and process management skills; proven ability to manage multiple tasks to conclusion, on time and without compromise to quality of work output.

• Has served in a Business Analyst role and has the ability to solve for ambiguous situations using strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities & skills.

• Understands system and business needs and had demonstrated ability to prioritize based on importance to business.

• Demonstrable orientation to teamwork and customer service; partners well with others and develops collaborative working relationships.
