Business Systems Analyst

Business Systems AnalystDuration: 6 Months Location: Bay area, CA/RemoteJob responsibilities:Core Platform ManagementClient (Primary): Serve as the Functional, overseeing end-to-end system health and the integrity of all integrated Waymo specific custom applications.Cornerstone (Learning Management): Act as the Primary Administrator, managing backend configurations and ongoing system maintenance.Enablon (Environment, Health & Safety System) & Origami (Risk Management System): Provide functional support and application-level troubleshooting as required. Backend configurations for these applications will be done by the vendor.Technical responsibilities:Data Analytics: Fluent in SQL to perform complex data validation and auditing. Leverage Google BigQuery and PLX for large-scale data validation, supplemented by advanced Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUPs, formulas) for data reconciliation and reporting.Development Coordination: Interface with engineering teams to translate functional requirements into technical builds and manage sprint alignment.QA & Release Management: Ownership of the testing lifecycle, including the creation of BRDs, SOP and technical test scripts, leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and executing post-deployment validation.
