About the role As a Business Systems Analyst on Anthropic's BizTech team, you'll play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You'll translate complex business requirements into technical specifications and architectural decisions, ensuring engineering teams build solutions that scale with our rapid growth.

You'll work closely with stakeholders across the organization to understand their requirements, configure systems, and ensure our business technology ecosystem operates efficiently and effectively.
