Business Data AnalystLocation: San Francisco, CARate: DOE $/hr. on w2 only Position Type: contract Interview Process: Phone Followed by F2FUS Citizen, Green Card and GC EADJob DescriptionThe Production Support Systems Analyst will work with minimal supervision to support iHub Project Integration Analysis Services. Business & Data analysis will be conducted independently and through using theoretical and practical applications, the Analyst will develop and maintain Wells Fargo's Business Requirements (BRD), Data Profiling Documents (DPD) and Integrated Layer Mapping Documents (ILMD).ResponsibilitiesThe application of systems analysis techniques and procedures, including consulting with data users, to determine system functional specifications through the activities listed below:Management, prioritization and documentation of reported issues by:Managing and prioritizing production support issues reported by iHub data consumersRestoring iHub service functionality to consumers as quickly as possible through research and understanding system specificationsDocumenting issue resolution steps in knowledge base in support of work-around for incident managementProblem Management ProcessPartner with SOR partners and technology to drive the resolution of issues encountered in productionProvide impact analysis of data structures, performance, quality, security and compliance to existing logical and physical data structures and operational systems based on future changes and problem resolutionCommunicate with iHub data consumers and provide status of work around and permanent fixesProvide Release Management supportManage changes into production environment with input from SOR partner and technology groupsDocument dependencies and tasks associated with the release of enhancements due to problem resolutionsTasksProvide support to iHub through the ability to analyze and resolve data issues. Works with related SME to conduct further independent analysis. Interfaces with DAs and Tech to determine root cause using hypothetical and applied analysis for the groups listed below:Consumers of CreditConsumers of Treasury Management and Deposits dataGL ReconCapture/Maintain Consumer Onboarding potentials queue. Engage Consumers when ready to onboard. Manage relationship with Consumers through iHub onboarding process.Capture/compose business requirements for SOR changes to iHub. Manage SOR pipeline. Act as liaison between tech and business to manage changes through implementation.Establish capacity, identify dependencies and determine priority and sizing of releases in order to schedule changes for implementation in iHub and manage release timelines.
